J&T Real Estate is extending its residential project in the Karloveska estuary in Bratislava where the developer plans to build 41 apartments and a marina. Construction is already underway and the project is scheduled for completion in August 2016. Of the total, 35 apartments will be built in a six-story apartment building, with the rest located in row houses along the river. The apartments are zoned as a refurbishment of a leisure facility – originally there was a hostel on the site. J&T Real Estate plans to add sports facilities in the third phase of the project. Apartments are on sale for between €2,300 and €2,600/sqm. However, Trend.sk warns there may be problems down the road, since the area is zoned for commercial and not residential.
