J&T Real Estate has acquired part of the Klingerka project in Bratislava from Koruna Reality. The 1.5 ha site stretches between Plátenická and Súkennícka streets near the Apollo bridge. Koruna Reality sold the cleared brownfield site with a project that includes a mixed-use complex with flats, shops and services. Trend Reality writes that the new owner, Wayden, which is connected with J&T, has not revealed what it plans to build on the site.
