J&T has completed the shell of Panorama City, two residential high-rises in Bratislava. The towers are 108 meters tall and will offer 600 apartments on 33 floors. Completion is scheduled for 2016, but J&T spokeswoman Katarína Krajňáková says that 90 percent of the flats has been sold. The project will also include a parking garage with 950 spots and a new park. In the next phase, set for completion in 2017, the developer plans to add two office buildings to the project that will bring 40,000 sqm of A class office to the market. Johnson Controls has pre-leased space in one of the buildings.
