J&T Real Estate is planning to build three industrial warehouses next to the Volkswagen plant in Bratislava’s Devínska Nová Ves district. The warehouses, totaling 34,000 sqm of usable space, will accommodate the German car manufacturer’s suppliers. Trend Reality writes that the project is being supervised by a company called Slovenský odpadový priemysel, which is connected to J&T Real Estate. J&T in partnership with Aviva Investors and SachsenFonds Asset Management used to own the DNV logistics park in the same location. CTP acquired the park in September 2015.
