Peter Korbačka of J&T revealed plans for the second phase of the Eurovea shopping center he wants to complete by 2019. Portuguese specialist for the development and operation of shopping centers Sonae Sierra is overseeing the project. Korbačka’s plans also include additional flats and offices, which would double the existing size of the project, stretching from Pribinova street and the Danube promenade to the Apollo bridge. The plans also include a highrise next to the bridge. The second phase of the project is expected to cost €300m and add an additional 25,000 sqm of retail space, 32,000 sqm of offices, 500 flats and 2.000 parking spots. J&T plans to build the second phase en bloc.
