&T has completed Panorama City, two +100 meter residential highrises in Bratislava. With the project’s occupancy permit now in place, residents can start moving in by mid-March. Only six apartments haven’t been sold yet in the 606 unit project. Prices rose from €1,900-€2,200/sqm at the 2013 launch to the current asking price of €2,600 – €3,000/sqm. The developer plans to add a park with a water fountain, children playground and trees next year.
