The Czech investment group Unicapital bought the S9 Florenc office building in Prague 8 from J&T. The price of the deal was not disclosed. Unicapital bought the property at the Florenc metro station as a strategic investment and plans to set up its headquarters there within the next six months. Creditas bank will also relocate to S9 Florenc from space on Opletalova street in the Prague city center, though it will retain its headquarters in Olomouc. Tatra and the CD XXI architectural studio from Brno have also signed leases. Located on Sokolovská street, S9 Florenc offers 2,850 sqm of office and 300 sqm of retail space.
