Rosalin, a company connected with J&T Real Estate, is planning a major residential project near the Bratislava airport. Bývanie Trnávka should add approximately 1,200 to 1,300 new flats to the capital’s residential market. The scheme also includes 1,800 parking spots and 1,000 sqm of shops and services. Costs are expected to run to €48m.
The project is currently in the EIA process, and the developer hopes to be able to start construction by summer 2016, with completion scheduled for 2019. Set to go up on a 5.3 ha plot next to the Aircraft complex and Sport House fitness center, the project will be built in phases. Bývanie Trnávka will be the first residential project located in an area with commercial and industrial development, writes Trend Reality.
