J&T is planning to build a tram track that would connect Bratislava’s Mlynské Nivy area with the rest of the capital. The news comes after HB Reavis said it is considering building a cable railway over the Danube River, connecting its Stanica Nivy project to the city’s Petržalka district. J&T has several projects in Mlynské Nivy, including Nové Lido, Panorama City, Klingerka and the Eurovea expansion. Peter Korbačka of J&T Real Estate said the developer will build the tram track servicing Nové Lido and will also contribute to the completion of a track connecting Šafárikovo square to the Pribinova, Košická and Ružinov districts.
