J&T Real Estate wants to add a 160-meter high-rise to its Eurovea mixed-used complex in Bratislava. The second phase of the project, to go up between Pribinova and Apollo bridge, is currently in EIA and will consist of six buildings: an extension to the shopping center, an underground parking garage, an apartment building, two office buildings and a 46-story tower, which Hospodarske noviny claims will be the first skyscraper in Bratislava. J&T Real Estate also says it will extend the promenade along the Danube River and add sports zones and shops. A new tram connection is planned from Šafárikovo Square along Pribinova and Košická to Ružinov.
