J&T Real Estate is planning to start selling flats at its residential project Klingerka in April. The developer also released a new visualization of the project that is set to go up on Prístavna street in Bratislava’s Ružinov district in the former Gumon industrial area. J&T plans to build a 35-story residential tower as well as an office tower with 11 floors on the 1.5 ha site it bought from Koruna Reality in 2015. The towers will be connected by a parkhouse with 600 spots and surrounded by a green park. Costs are expected to run to €84m. Flats will start at €2,200/sqm. Construction of the project, designed by GFI architects, is scheduled for completion at the beginning of 2020.
