J.W. Construction hopes to increase sales by 2016

15 January 2013

Looking to improve its sales, J.W. Construction is planning to deliver 6,000 flats over the next three years. “We start work on the first phase of the Kasprzaka project in March, which will offer 153 flats. Construction on an additional 975 flats is set to start in Q4. We are also planning projects in Gdynia, Katowice and Warsaw,” said Józef Wojciechowski who sits on J.W. Construction’s Supervisory Board.
Maciej Krefta of Millennium DM said, however, that the company could hit a few road bumps. “The market is difficult, and the offers on the market have been more limited over the past few years,” Krefta said. “Plus, the market will no longer be stimulated by the government’s refund program ‘Rodzina na Swoim,’ which drove sales for JWC over Q4 2012.”
