J.W. Construction has launched 191 apartments for sale in the second stage of the Horizon estate in Gdańsk, the company said. At this stage, a total of 629 apartments with an area from 26 to 98 sqm will be built. Construction began in March this year and will be completed in less than two years.
“We sell apartments in this investment almost immediately. In addition to investment demand, due to, among other things, loosening the criteria for granting housing loans, we are observing a great interest of customers in buying apartments for their own needs. We are very pleased that customers like this project. From the 17-story building, which we have just launched, offers a beautiful view of the city skyline and the bay. We have designed 191 apartments in total. A 1-, 2- or 3-room apartment with an area of 32 to 57 m2 can be purchased now,” said the Sales & Marketing Division Director at JW Construction Małgorzata Ostrowska.
The ground floors of the buildings in the Horizon Housing Estate are intended for commercial premises, there will be a total of 9 of them.
