Construction of Hanza Tower, a 25-story office project by J.W. Construction in Szczecin has kicked off. The project is expected to be completed between 2014 and 2015 and will offer 34,000 sqm of offices, conference rooms and retail space. There’s also a restaurant planned for the top floor of the building, as well as an underground parking garage for 400 vehicles. Calbud will oversee construction of the project’s three underground floors. “We want this project to become a symbol of the new stage in the city development. The city is getting more important in Poland’s business map,” said Tomasz Panabażys, vice-president of J.W. Construction.
