J.W. Construction Holding broke ground on Bernadowo Apartments in Gdynia’s Mały Kack district. The complex is going up on Spokojna street and will feature three low buildings offering 201 one- and two-room apartments. The flats range from 20 sqm to 44 sqm. Prices start at PLN 239,000 for an apartment in the builder’s finish standard. Building A will offer 14 service outlets for restaurants, stores or a nursery school. The scheme will also include 42 office units as well as a pond with a bridge.
