J.W. Construction has started the construction of Willa Wiślana, a five-storey residential building located on Mikołaja Trąby street in Warsaw’s Białołęka district. The apartments will range in size from 28 sqm to 52 sqm. More than 20 out of the 130 flats that will be built have already been sold. Prices start at PLN 224,000 for a two-room apartment. The project includes retail units on the ground floor as well as an underground garage for 140 vehicles. Completion is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2020.
