The residential developer J.W. Construction plans to start work on the first phase of a new mixed-use project in Warsaw next year. Once completed, the project is expected to add 80,000 sqm of offices and 900 flats to the local market. The complex will go up on Kasprzaka street and will be delivered in two phases. According to J.W. Construction head, Józef Wojciechowski, this is not the only commercial project the developer has planned for the regional market in the coming years. J.W. Construction has invested PLN 400m in its Polish land banks.
