A new sales forecast for 2017 by the National Association of Realtors and Realtor.com, has been released for the nation’s top 100 metro areas for both new and existing single-family homes and condos sales. The report show that two Florida cities placed in the top 10, with Jacksonville at number 6 and Orlando coming in at number 7. The report forecast sales growth of 6.3 percent and price gains of 5.8 percent in the top 10 markets, which were, in order: Phoenix; Los Angeles; Boston; Sacramento, Riverside, Calif.; Jacksonville; Orlando; Raleigh, NC.; Tucson, Arizona; and Portland, Oregon.
