Live Oak Contracting, based in Jacksonville, has been selected to build an apartment community in Old Saybrook, Connecticut valued at $24.8 million. The new project, Saybrook Station, will have 186 luxury apartments totaling 190,656 square feet in eight buildings along with a clubhouse and a pool. The developers of the new investment are Old Saybrook Station LLC and Westport, CT. based Greenfield Partners. The project is slated for completion in June of 2017.
