Hotel operator Jadran, which owns eight hotels, two campsites and a holiday village, has unveiled its strategic plan for the period 2016-2025. It calls for investments of €39.3m to be concentrated on upgrading its properties, with 43 percent of the total to be completed between 2017 and 2018. Following the work, around 68 percent of the company’s hotels would qualify as 4-star establishments. The company began the process of renovations and upgrading already with its Spruce and Varazdin along the Croatian coast. The work is expected to increase the value of the company from the current level of €22.26m to €64.28m in 2025.
