Jakub Art and Adrian Mieloch have been named vice presidents of finance at Griffin Real Estate. Art will be involved in topics related to Griffin’s investment platforms. His main areas of focus will be financing, reporting, and asset management activities. Previously, Art was a senior in the audit department at EY. Later, as head of controlling and reporting at Marvipol Development, he was responsible for budgeting, bank and bond financing as well as financial modeling. Mieloch, meanwhile, will be responsible for statutory, management and bank reporting as well as budgeting and cash flow forecasting. Mieloch specializes in audits of standalone and consolidated financial statements. He has more than six years of financial consulting experience. He previously worked at PwC, where for the last three years, he managed projects providing assurance services to international and local clients.
