Jakub Jędrys has joined Savills as head of project management. He will oversee the delivery of comprehensive construction advisory services, including space fit-outs, to Savills’ office, retail and warehouse clients. Jędrys has 16 years of professional experience on the commercial real estate market. Prior to joining Savills, he worked for cmT, which specializes in project and construction management and consulting services for each phase of construction projects, including space fit-outs. Earlier, he had worked for GE Capital Golub, where his responsibilities included coordinating cooperation between investors, tenants, architects and general contractors.
