James Kinsey was named principal and director of Tri-State investment sales at Avison Young. Based in New York City, he will focus on expanding the firm’s investment sales platform throughout the Tri-State area and growing the company’s structured finance platforms. Kinsey brings 15 years of commercial real estate experience to Avison Young, most recently serving as president of Kinsey Capital, LLC. Kinsey is a Certified Commercial Investment Member as well as a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
