JLL announced that James Moler has joined the Tampa office as Senior Vice President. In this role, Moler will work closely with the company’s leadership in Tampa to continue to grow the firm’s office agency leasing practice in the area. Prior to joining JLL, Moler was Senior Director of Brokerage at Cushman & Wakefield’sTampa office. He also worked for Grubb & Ellis as a Senior Vice President in the Office Group. Moler earned his Bachelors of Science degree in Economics and International Relations at the University of Wisconsin and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and affiliated with Westshore Alliance, NAIOP, Florida Gulfcoast Commercial Association of Realtors and Real Estate Investment Council.
