Walker & Dunlop has named Jamie Butler as managing director in its Capital Markets group, based out of the company’s headquarters in Bethesda, Maryland. Butler will be responsible for sourcing equity and debt for development projects and stabilized assets across all property types, with a focus in the Mid-Atlantic region. Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Butler was senior vice president at CBRE’s capital markets group and served as VP in the Capital Markets group at Cushman & Wakefield (formerly Cassidy Turley). Butler holds a bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University.
