Lawyer Jan Holásek of the law office Havel, Holásek & Partners is entering the property business, with an investment into the real estate company Accolade. Accolade is working with Panattoni on developing logistics facilities. According to e15, he plans to invest tens of millions of crowns into specific project companies and participate in project management by providing legal expertise. Holásek is also part of a group of investors (including former Prague Zoo boss Petr Fejk) that’s developing an amusement park.
