Ján Zibura has been promoted to be Head of Valuation at JLL Prague’s office after ten years with the company. Zibura joined JLL in 2006 after graduating from University of New York in Prague. He has specialized in commercial property valuations and residential properties since the beginning of his career. He’s currently focusing on large property portfolio valuations and works regularly for key property investment funds (ProLogis, CBRE Global Investors, Atrium), developers (CTP Invest, VGP or CPI) and with all main banking houses that provide property finance in the Czech Republic. Ján Zibura was also responsible for a team that undertook the valuation of 15,000 non-core properties of Czech Railways.
