Janků plans 5 ha development in Prague-Holešovice

9 January 2017

Milan Janků, former head of the bankrupt ECM, is preparing a vast re-development of a brownfield area stretching between the Holešovice railway station and the Vltava river in Prague 7. His new company, Geone, is working on a mixed-use project across 5 ha of land that will offer flats and offices. The investment, including a marina for boats and river trams with an accessible connection to the Holešovice railway station, is expected to cost billions of crowns. The project will offer 48,000 sqm of usable space, down from the originally planned 53,000 sqm.
