A Japanese electronics group has leased 13,000 sqm at the Epsilon office building in Ottobrunn. The lease is for 10 years with an option to extend it for an additional 15 years. The name of the tenant was not disclosed. The company plans to move into the building at the beginning of next year. BNP Paribas Real Estate oversaw the negotiations.
Completed in 2002, the property offers 20,000 sqm of space, as well as an adjoining building with a production facility and two integrated office floors.
