Sibareal plans to re-start works on the Jarabiny residential project in the Bratislava Ružinov district. The original developer, Atlas Real, put the project on hold during the financial crisis in 2009. The contractor, Váhostav, revived and redesigned the project in the post-crisis period but its plans also came to a halt when Váhostav itself went into a restructuring process. In January, Jarabiny was taken over by the majority shareholder and investor, Majetkový Holding, which took over Váhostav’s share. The new developer, Sibareal, has secured permits for changes to the project, which will include four residential buildings with seven floors and a 16-level tower. It will offer 372 flats and 13 apartments, 500 sqm of office and 4,000 sqm of retail and services.
