Jaret Turkell has been hired as senior managing director of investment sales at Berkadia. With more than 15 years of experience in commercial real estate, Turkell previously served as managing director of HFF’s Miami office, where he specialized in multifamily assets and land sales. He was also responsible for raising joint venture equity for developments. Turkell has a law degree from Duke University and a master’s of law in real property development from the University of Miami. He is a member of the Florida Bar and the Urban Land Institute.
