Jaroslaw Smoderek has joined the office agency at Savills as a senior transaction manager. Smoderek will be responsible for delivering comprehensive consultancy services to companies looking for modern office spaces. He will also assist tenants in subleasing office space. Smoderek has worked in real estate for 10 years. He began his professional career at Home Broker, where he was several times named the adviser of the year for the largest number of transaction completions. He continued his career at the Polish office of Sotheby’s International Realty and later joined CBRE for nearly three years.
