Avison Young has hired Jason M. Bloom, Esq., an analytics and market data expert, as the Research Manager in the company’s New Jersey office. In his new role, Bloom will produce New Jersey commercial real estate market reports as well as collect and organize data for the firm. Bloom most recently served at the Silverman and Sardar LLP law firm where he focused on research and the preparation of various lawsuits. Previously, he held positions with other prominent companies including CBRE and JPMorgan Chase & Co. Bloom received his MBA in Supply Chain Management from Rutgers University Business School and a Juris Doctorate in Law from Rutgers University School of Law. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Yeshiva University.
