Miami-based Jaxi Builders has announced plans to build a new condominium tower, One Allure, in downtown Fort Meyers. The 15-story building will be a smaller version of the 32-story Allure luxury condo tower the company is currently building right next door, offering 24 two-and three-bedroom residences. Prices start in the high $500,000s and climb to more than $2.7 million for a penthouse unit. Specific unit features include private entrance elevators, five-burner cooktops, quartz countertops, floor-to-ceiling windows, and walk-in wardrobes. Jaxi Builders expects to begin construction on One Allure, located at 2583 First Street, by the middle of next year with an anticipated completion date set for late 2018.
“Several interested buyers at Allure communicated to us that they were looking for a spacious riverfront residence in a boutique building that would be completed and ready for occupancy sooner than Allure, so we listened to them and decided to develop One Allure to meet their needs,” said Jaxi Managing Member Eduardo Caballero.
