The Jay Group has acquired a five-building Harlem portfolio for $26.5m. The four-story properties sit between Lenox Avenue and Fifth Avenue on on West 125th Street. The low-rise properties contain a total of 18 apartments and 10 commercial units near the northwestern edge of Marcus Garvey Park. The seller, Ares Management, bought the mixed-use properties in 2012 for $14.5m.
