Drew Briscoe was named COO of the JCR Companies of Washington. In this new position, Briscoe will be responsible for overseeing leasing and management of the company’s portfolio, covering approximately 900,000 sq ft. He will also be a member of JCR’s acquisition, disposition, and financing teams. Briscoe has been with JCR since 2012, most recently serving as vice president. He holds Certified Property Manager and Accredited Commercial Manager credentials from the Institute of Real Estate Management. “We are building and strengthening our team to support the aggressive expansion of our retail portfolio in the greater Washington, DC, market as well as similar markets nationwide with high barriers to entry,” said JCR Principal Joe Reger.
