Jeff Fishman has joined Newmark Knight Frank as vice chairman of the company’s recently formed Private Client Group. In his new position, Fishman will focus on investment sales transactions that exceed $25m. Fishman joined NKF through the company’s acquisition of RKF Retail Holdings, where he served as vice chairman of RKF, overseeing the firm’s investment sales and advisory services practice. Prior to joining RKF, Fishman was president and CEO of One Liberty Properties, a public REIT and served as managing director with Cogswell Properties, a real estate owner and manager in New York City.
