Stiles Corporation has announced the promotion of Jeff McDonough to president of Stiles Residential Group (SRG), the company’s residential development and investment services division. His other duty’s will include developing new business opportunities to further expand SRG’s presence throughout Florida, North Carolina and the Southeast. McDonough, who has worked for the company since 2005, will be based out of Fort Lauderdale and will manage day to day operations of the division, including oversight of project conceptualization and execution. McDonough holds a master’s degree in Real Estate and Urban Analysis from the University of Florida and a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Richmond.
