Konstruktiva Lokus has sold the 11.8 hectare Jeremiášova 947 Business Park in Prague Stodůlky to a private Czech investor for an undisclosed price. The park offers 32,000 sqm of retail, office and industrial space and is occupied by a mix of 50 tenants. Major tenants include furniture retailer Sconto nábytek, Koberce Breno and the car and motorcycle parts distributor Elit CZ. Konstruktiva Lokus, focused on leasing and operating of construction cranes, will remain as one of the long term tenants in the park as well. 108 Agency brokered the deal.
