Jernigan Capital, headquartered in Memphis, TN., has completed an $8.7 million investment in a 719 unit climate-controlled self-storage facility in Salem, NH, The three story, 74,625 sqf net rentable square foot building is located at 10 Hampshire Road roughly 25 miles from Downtown Boston. In addition to Salem, the proposed facility will also serve the towns of Methuen, and Lawrence, MA and will sit directly across from a Lowe’s-anchored shopping center. Construction is expected to begin in the first quarter of 2018 with a completion date in the fourth quarter of 2018.
