JF Hamilton is nearing completion of the first phase of Cubicon Gardens in Mlynska dolina in Bratislava, a project it put on hold during the crisis. Work on the second phase is expected to get underway shortly. This first phase consists of three residential buildings with 126 flats that are being offered at prices ranging from €2,300 to €2,400/sqm. The company’s webpage indicates that half of the units have been sold. The second phase will add a further three apartment buildings, offering 200 flats. Cubicon Gardens is going up next to the mixed-use complex Cubicon, which was built by Sekyra Group. Cubicon includes an apartment building and a shopping center. The investor JF Hamilton later bought Cubicon when Sekyra Group offloaded all of its projects in Slovakia.
