A joint venture between Miami-based Flagler Investment and the Orthopedic Center of Palm Beach County has acquired the JFK Medical Arts building in Atlantis for $12.5 million. Built in 2012 on a .6-acre site the 52,149 sf office building on John F. Kennedy Drive traded for just under $240 per square foot. The seller of the building was national hospital owner HCA Holdings, which owns the neighboring JFK Medical Center, a 460-bed facility with the highest patient volume in Palm Beach County.
