Jim Nicoletti has been hired by Avison Young as an Executive Vice-President in the firm’s Boston office. In his new role, Nicoletti will service both tenants and landlords in the Cambridge and Route 128 markets. Nicoletti most recently served as Executive Vice-President at NAI Hunneman in Boston. Nicoletti is a graduate of Boston College, where he received Master’s and Bachelor of Arts degrees in English literature and previously served as President of the CBA and President of the New England Chapter of the Society of Office and Industrial Realtors (SIOR). “Avison Young is thrilled to welcome Jim to the team,” said Michael Smith, Avison Young Principal and Managing Director. “His proven track record and extensive market knowledge are a welcome addition to our growing urban brokerage team, and will help better service clients.”
