Jimmy Javier was named assistant vice president at Helmsley Spear. He will focus on commercial leasing. With more than 35 years of experience, Javier has closed hundreds of transactions working on behalf commercial property owners and corporate tenants, including Republic National Bank, Paulson & Company, Bell Atlantic, NYNEX, Pirelli North America, Danskin, Thai Farmers Bank and the Government of Thailand.
