More than 691,000 sqm of new office space has been delivered in Poland since the beginning of the year, according to JLL, with another 1.43m sqm currently under development. The agency points out that demand is catching up supply, with 932,700 sqm in leases having been signed in the last three quarters. The report shows that 530,700 sqm of all lease agreements for the period were signed in Warsaw. Interestingly, none of the larger, plus-10,000 sqm deals were signed in Warsaw. āAll of the large-scale leases were signed in Polandās regional markets,ā said Mateusz Polkowski, head of research and consultancy at JLL in Poland. Karol Patynowski, head of regional markets at JLL adds that Kraków continues to attract the most tenant attention, representing 40 percent of total take up. This demand is driving new construction in the city, he added.
