Jones Lang LaSalle and UTI will manage a mixed-use property owned by UniCredit Leasing in the Ploiesti Industrial Park. The total area is 14,800 sqm and includes offices and warehouse space.
The property management department of Jones Lang LaSalle was established in 2010 and currently manages a portfolio of more than 195,000 sqm nationwide, including office, retail and industrial properties for investment funds, institutional and private owners.
