JLL has appointed Viacheslav Kholopov regional director and head of the warehouse and industrial for the Russian and CIS real estate markets. Kholopov is an acknowledged real estate market expert with more than 10 years of experience in the sector. He joins JLL from Knight Frank, where he served as partner and regional director for office and industrial real estate. Kholopov is a member of both the board and the certification commission of the Association of Russian Industrial Parks (AIPR). In his new role, Kholopov will be responsible for business development in the warehouse and industrial sectors, expanding JLL’s portfolio of projects as well as maintaining strong relationships with clients.
