Jones Lang LaSalle Capital Markets has announced that John Sabatier has joined the company as executive vice president in the company’s Clearwater, FL office. Sabatier will concentrate on strengthening the firm’s affordable housing debt and equity platform. Prior to joining JLL, Sabatier worked for RBC Capital Markets, where he focused on structured Multifamily Mortgage Revenue bonds. Sabatier earned his BS Degree in finance with a real estate concentration from The University of New Orleans and holds Series 7 and 63 licenses.
