JLL and CBRE have been selected by Immobel Poland to commercialize Central Point in Warsaw. The investment is going up at the corner of Marszałkowska and Świętokrzyska streets in Warsaw’s city center and will offer 19,000 sqm. Central Point is targeting BREEAM Excellent, confirming the developer’s focus on the high standards of sustainable construction. The building was designed by Biuro Projektowe Kazimierski i Ryba and Arquitectonica. Completion is scheduled for the second quarter of 2021.
