JLL has announced completion of restructuring of its office department. The new five person Office Agency team will be led by Iva Dřízhalová from January 2022.
Iva is joining JLL from Skanska Commercial Development Unit where she worked in various positions responsible for negotiations and leasing of commercial and office spaces of Skanska Property within the previous eight years. Before that she worked in Office Agency in company DTZ for two years advising landlords on local office market. She has experience from CzechInvest agency also where she worked as project manager for strategic projects in the field of business support services and IT.
Iva Dřízhalová graduated from the University of Economics in Prague at the Faculty of International Relations where she achieved master degree in International Trade and Business Law. In 2015 she got MSc in Real Estate degree at The College of Estate Management of University in Reading in United Kingdom. Since 2016 she is a member of RICS – The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors that promotes and enforces the highest professional qualifications and standards in the development and management of land, real estate, construction and infrastructure.

Iva Dřízhalová is very experienced manager whos main task will be to lead our Office Agency team and provide high quality services resulting from her detailed knowledge of the office market and needs of landlords and tenants in the Czech Republic.”
